Gillian O’Gorman

I have worked at Noah’s Ark Nursery for over 30 years. I am passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our children and delivering outstanding care and education. I am especially proud to work for Noah’s Ark because it is a Community Interest Organisation, which means that every penny it generates is invested back into the service for the benefit of our youngsters. I believe that it is my responsibility to ensure that every child, family member and colleague loves their time at our nursery. We strive to create a family atmosphere and always keep our children’s interest at the heart of what we do.

I am a hands-on manager, who enjoys spending time with the children and leading, motivating and inspiring the team to do their best. I believe in parents as partners, and together it is our responsibility, to ensure that all our children are given the very best start in life.
